Overcoming What You Fear The Most

Fear is an emotion an individual exhibits when he or she senses a possible danger that could either hurt or end the individual’s life. Hormones produced by the glands in your brains, such as epinephrine or adrenaline excreted from the adrenal glands, are the ones responsible for every responses you would exert when faced with the things that you considered fearsome. But when you experience random distinct period of anxiety and fear overwhelms you that you cannot gain control of the situation, panic attack occurs.
When afraid, it is normal to feel nervous, anxious and not in control of yourself. But when you experience uncontrollable sweating, nausea, chest pains, irregular bowel movement and insomnia among other things, it becomes an attack triggered by almost anything in particular. Normal fear can be experienced when having a speech in front of a large audience, failing an exam or when you were almost hit by a car. Having a speech in a crowd or failing an exam might not be life threatening, but this are just everyday worries amounts to fear because of the unknown outcome it would yield. Almost getting hit by a car is life threatening so it is normal to be afraid and be shaky because the fear is caused by an external force and could really happen. However, when you feel afraid with no apparent reason or a justifiable one, when you thought that something could harm you when in fact it couldn’t even move, when you are regularly becoming afraid of something that you actually know couldn’t harm you, you are experiencing panic attack. There are ways by which you could handle this and stop suffering anymore. You could ask to be hypnotized, see a doctor or just turn to methods such as Linden Method or Panic and Anxiety Gone which are proven effective. These would help you overcome what you fear the most.
