Experience Has All the Answers

You were about to buy a book but you thought it would take you eons just to find a good one. There are a lot of selections in a single shelf, let alone a whole bookstore and you want something that you have not read before. You started to look for that great book you thought was just eluding you. You keep on browsing but they all look uninteresting or were quite similar to what you have on your house. You knew even if you buy them, it would be just a waste of money because your heart is not with it. You are running out of time and in desperate to find a good book, what would you do? The surest thing to do was to call those people you knew and ask them what book to buy. You could also ask the manager or any staff of the bookstore what is their bestseller. This way, you would not regret what you would buy because you have referred to others’ preferences. You have trust in them and you know that their judgment is very sound.
The same way goes with looking for the right stop panic attack product for you. Linden Method was completed because of how Charles Linden search for people who recovered from anxiety disorders and look for the connection of each survivors. He thought that there must be something similar with how they have survived without any external help. He looked for that similarity and tried to use them to cure his disorder. He found it effective for him and you would know that it would be effective for you because, like the example above, they have experienced what you are experiencing and there is no other greater teacher than experience. If you found therapy, pills or hypnosis unproductive, you could refer to the outcome of the Linden Method for those who have tried it so that you too could be convinced.
